Swiss Screw Machines

Our Swiss & Screw Machine department houses some of the most advanced bar fed, multi-axis screw machines to maximize the speed and efficiency in the  parts we create.

These machines include

• 1 – Star SR38B – 38mm, 11 axis machine with full 5 axis front side capabilities.
  • 12 ft bar feed.
• 1 – Miyano BNA42-GTY – 42mm, 3 path 10 axis machine
  • 12 ft bar feed
• 1 – Star SR32JIII-B – 32mm, 9 axis machine
  • 12 ft bar feed.
• 1 – Star SR32JN – 32mm, 8 axis machine
  • 12 ft bar feed.
• 3 – Star SR20R – 20mm, 8 axis machine
  • 12 ft bar feed.

Horizontal Lathes

Working in conjunction with the Screw Machine Department, we house multiple bar fed 2 axis lathes

These Machines include:

• 1 – Hyundai 3100 – 4in bore, 15in chuck, live tool
  • 4 ft bar feed
• 1 – Samsung SL25A – 2 5/8in bore, live tool
  • 4 ft bar feed
• 3 – Hyundai HIT18 – 2.87in bore, 10in chuck
  • 4 ft bar feed
• 1 – Hyundai HIT15– 2.0in bore, 8in chuck
  • 4 ft bar feed
• 1 – Hyundai HIT8– 1.68 in bore, 2nd op chucker

Vertical mills

Our facility also houses our vertical mill department. Each machine can be equipped to handle most any job.
